Staging is a game changer
I've just finished this flip project (perfect timing!). Turned a 2 bed terrace back into a 3 bed terrace. Totally refurbed from top to bottom. After the painting and carpets had been fitted, the place looked great - then the stager got her hands on it. WOW!
If you are ever wondering about whether to get staging or not, just do it. It has transformed the place into a beautiful home. It goes on the market tomorrow.

"Sell it empty, it’ll go straight away’ was the estate agents advice for our modern 3 bed semi. After being on the market for 4 months, we’d had a few viewings, not much feedback other than the rooms were too small and no offers.
I began to wonder about home staging and came across North-East Home Staging. I liked that they had staged a variety of styles and sizes of properties.
They transformed the house, installing all furniture and accessories. The 3 bedrooms were shown as usable bedrooms with plenty of space. The lounge also had a small desk area to show how the space could be utilised.
Within a short time the viewings increased and the house sold!
The comments from those viewing were very complimentary, ranging from the beautiful way the beds were dressed and how the lounge seemed large, even with the desk in.

Whitefield House was on the market for 4 months with very little interest, a few viewings but no offers.

Having been following North East Home Staging for some time they were my ideal choice when it came to staging our BTL property. From the outset Dianne and Stewy were amazing, Dianne discussed my requirements and suggested what she thought would work well; both for our target market and to show off the property to the best effect.
We had renovated a 2 bedroom semi-detached house to a very high standard so knew we needed someone who would put the same effort and attention to detail in as we did (Dianne even came back to iron out the bedsheets as she was not happy with how they were photographing!). They were exceptionally professional and efficient and exceeded our expectations making the property more appealing; our tenant said that she could now imagine where all her furniture would go, and the rooms looked so much bigger. A win win in my books.
